  • 200grams ribeye steak, diced
  • 1 medium white onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 8 sheets rice paper, thawed if frozen

Description

These meaty and gluten free spring rolls are simple and filling.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 of 7

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

Step 3 of 7

Fry the beef for 6 minutes while tossing or until it starts to brown on each side, remove to cutting board, allow to cool then dice.

Step 4 of 7

Using the same pan, add the onion, garlic and chilli and cook for another 3 minutes until the mixture is dry or drain the excess fats.

Step 5 of 7

Dip the rice paper into warm water for 5 seconds.

Step 6 of 7

Add diced beef back into pan and mix, remove ingredients the heat and place a large spoonful into the centre of a sheet of pastry, fold over the edges and roll tightly.

Step 7 of 7

Serve with a choice of dips/condiments.
