- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 250grams butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup parmesan, finely grated
- 1 free range egg
- 2tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 3 baking trays with baking paper. Using electric beaters, beat butter, parmesan and garlic together until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat until combined. Stir in flours and chopped rosemary and mix well.
Step 2 of 3
Roll about 3 tsp of mixture per biscuit into a ball and place on trays. Indent with your thumb. Sprinkle with extra rosemary leaves and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden. Stand on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
Step 3 of 3
Serve on a platter with your favourite cheese or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
