- 100grams soft light brown sugar
- 150grams butter
- 2tablespoons golden syrup
- 200grams millet flakes
- 2tablespoons mixed seeds, such as pumpkin and sunflower
- 75grams dried mango, roughly chopped

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place the sugar, butter and syrup in a heavy-based saucepan and heat until melted, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon the mixture into a 28 x 18 cm nonstick baking tin, press down lightly and bake in a preheated oven, 150°C for 30 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Mark into 12 pieces, then cool before removing from the tin. Cut or break into 12 pieces once cooled.
