- 3tablespoons golden syrup
- 1tablespoons light muscovado sugar
- 75grams Rice Krispies
- 75grams dried mango
- 50grams raisins
- 25grams pumpkin seeds
- 25grams sunflower seeds

Method
Step 1 of 3
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. Stir in the golden syrup and sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Step 2 of 3
Remove from the heat, add the Rice Krispies, mango, raisins, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and stir well to mix.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon the mixture into 16 paper cake cases and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
