  • 50grams rocket, shredded
  • 40grams green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 4teaspoons garlic mayonnaise
  • 2teaspoons sweet chilli sauce

Description

A great vegetarian kebab with a combination of middle east and Asian flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Heat up the falafels in the oven on a baking tray for 8 minutes. Warm the pita breads in the oven for 1 minute.

Step 2 of 2

Slice the pita breads open and line with garlic mayonnaise, stuff with falafel, rocket, and olives. Serve with chili sauce.
