- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 chorizo sausage, diced
- 400grams round green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1tablespoons continental parsley, roughly chopped
- 1teaspoons paprika
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 200grams solanato tomatoes, chopped

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 2 of 4
Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Stir in paprika and chorizo and cook for 3 minutes until chorizo is golden.
Step 3 of 4
Add 1/2 cup of water, bring to the boil and lay beans into pan. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomato and increase heat to high. Cook for 2 minutes until beans are just tender.
Step 4 of 4
Stir through parsley and serve.
