Description
This recipe uses a cob loaf but the closest thing the bakery had was a vienna loaf which still works. Add whatever you like to it..
Method
Step 1 of 5
Cut out top and middle of the bread to leave about 1 to 2 centimeter boarder. Cut wedges out of remaining bread.
Step 2 of 5
Melt white chocolate and milky bar chocolate about 1 minute in the microwave. Using a spoon, drizzle around top of bread. Sprinkle hundreds and thousands. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Dip remaining bread in leftover chocolate and sprinkle hundreds and thousands. Leave in fridge to set for 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 5
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and caster sugar till smooth. Add cream and vanilla essence and beat till thick and smooth. Add pink food colouring and mix completely. Pour into bread. Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 5 of 5
Decorate however you like. I served mine with dipped bread wedges, marshmallows, vanilla wafers and sour straps. Cut up strawberries look really good too.
