- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 420grams can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 100grams middle bacon rashers, finely chopped
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 400grams can diced Italian tomatoes
- 2teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 2tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1tablespoons molasses

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, bacon and chilli flakes. Cook for 5 minutes or until bacon is golden.
Step 2 of 2
Add tomatoes, maple syrup, vinegar, molasses and mustard. Stir to combine and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until lightly thickened. Add beans and cook for 15 minutes or until softened. Season before serving.
