Description

Take your barbecueing to new heights with Woolworths COOK lamb and a super simple side salad. Perfection!

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook lamb, fat-side down, for 10 minutes or until golden. Turn and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 2 of 3

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Slice lamb and serve with mint and salad leaves.
