- 1 cup Dairyworks 3 Cheese, grated
- 200grams Woolworths pasta spirals
- 400grams chicken thighs, diced
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 jar tomato based pasta sauce
- 2tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- basil (to garnish, optional)
Description
With only a handful of ingredients this easy 3 cheese chicken pasta recipe can be whipped up in no time and will become a dinner staple the whole family will love.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Step 2 of 6
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until tender to the bite. Drain the pasta and transfer it into an ovenproof dish
Step 3 of 6
Place the frozen vegetables into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 3-4 min until soft. Drain any water from the dish and pour the vegetables over the cooked pasta
Step 4 of 6
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and juices run clear. Add the chicken and and any liquid in the pan into the ovenproof dish and stir through the pasta and vegetables

Pour the jar of pasta sauce over the pasta and sprinkle the Dairyworks 3 Cheese Grated over the sauce

Bake in the oven for 30 min
