- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 400grams cannellini beans
- 1tablespoons Italian herb mix
- 250grams Macro Organic tomato, garlic & basil chunky pasta sauce
- 2 stalks kale, leaves removed, torn
- 25grams parmesan, finely grated
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
Description
These cut-above baked beans deliver big on flavour and they're ready to eat in 15 minutes. Serve with toasted Turkish bread for a warming dinner for one.

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook beans and herb mix for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 2 of 4
Add pasta sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 4 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Add kale and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until wilted.
Step 4 of 4
Place bean mixture in bowl. Season with pepper. Serve topped with cheese and basil.
