- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced

- 4 leaves lettuce (optional)

Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat a barbecue flat plate on medium.

BBQ patties and bacon (refer to pack instructions for cooking).

Combine olive oil and crushed garlic, then set aside.
Step 4 of 6
Cook mushrooms stem down (for approximately 4-6 mins), drizzle with olive oil & garlic, salt to taste.
Step 5 of 6
Buns can be served fresh or toasted. Cook fries as per packaging instructions.
Step 6 of 6
Spread sauce on base of the bun and layer with bacon, cheese, tomato, burger pattie, mushroom, cucumber and lettuce.
