- 2 tubs chocolate frosting
- 1packets Dollar Sweets Cake Topper, to decorate
- 1packets Dollar Sweets Candles, to decorate
Description
For a picture-perfect treat to wow your guests, work smarter – not harder. This recipe hacks a Woolworths mud cake to create a show stopping dessert.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until melted. Spread chocolate over prepared tray. Stand until set.
Step 3 of 4
Place one mud cake, icing-side up, on a serving plate or cake stand. Top, icing-side down, with second cake. Spread sides and top with frosting.
Step 4 of 4
Break chocolate into large pieces. Press chocolate bark into sides and top of cake to cover. Decorate with cake topper and candles to serve.
