  • 2 avocados
  • 395grams canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 300milliliter Woolworths thickened cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pistachio kernels, roughly chopped

Description

Ever thought of turning avocados into ice-cream? You won't regret this incredibly creamy and easy-to-make avocado, choc-chip and pistachio ice-cream.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Scoop out avocado flesh and place in a blender. Add milk, then blitz until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Fold cream and chocolate chips into avocado mixture. Transfer to a 1L capacity loaf pan, then scatter over pistachios. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Serve.
