- 2tablespoons golden syrup
- 450grams digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1 handful plump golden raisins
- 1 handful unskinned almonds, roughly chopped

Method
Step 1 of 2
Lightly grease the square tin. In a small pan, melt the butter, chocolate, and syrup, then remove from the heat and stir in the biscuits, raisins, and almonds. Mix well, then press the mixture into the tin with the back of a spoon. Transfer to the refrigerator to cool completely, then wrap in cling film, and freeze.

To serve, defrost in the refrigerator overnight, then slice, and serve.
