- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 2 Woolworths Chocolate Mud Cakes
- 200grams vanilla frosting
- 200grams mixed fruit drops
- 180grams jubes, cut in half
- 90grams jubes, ring-shaped
- 110grams mixed sherbet fizz stix, cut each stix into 4
- 2tablespoons sprinkles (mixed gold and white )
- 1 strawberry & cream lolly stick
Description
This impressive Christmas Mud Cake Bauble decorated in colourful lollies and sprinkles will wow any crowd.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Lightly spray 2 x 3-cup bowls with oil. Place mud cakes in a large bowl. Using hands, mix to break up. Divide cake into 2 equal portions. Press each portion into the prepared bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Remove cake from bowls, join flat sides of cakes together. Place on a large serving plate. Use your hands to shape into a ball.
Step 3 of 3
Spread frosting over top and sides of cake. Decorate with lollies, alternating colours and shapes. Top with sprinkles. Bend stick and place on top of cake. Serve.
