  • 450grams Noshu 98% Sugar Free Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat milk
  • 200grams butter, melted
  • 450grams Noshu 98% Sugar Free Rich Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 150grams Noshu 95% Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Melts
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream

Description

Less sugar doesn't mean less fun, and this pretty-as-punch marbled bundt cake combines vanilla and chocolate to steal the show.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 25cm (base measurement) ring bundt pan.

Step 2 of 6

To make the vanilla cake mixture, combine the vanilla cake mix, 2 eggs, ¾ cup of the milk and half the butter in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes or until smooth and thick.

Step 3 of 6

To make the chocolate cake mixture, combine the chocolate cake mix, remaining eggs, remaining milk and remaining butter in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes or until smooth and thick.

Spoon batters, alternatively, into prepared pan. Swirl with a skewer. Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Meanwhile, place the chocolate melts and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring, or until melted and smooth.

Step 6 of 6

Place cake on a serving plate. Pour chocolate mixture over cooled cake. Serve.
