- 1tablespoons capers
- 1tablespoons lemon juice
- 200grams Vintage Cheese (to serve)
- 310grams jar grilled eggplant, drained
- 1 Family Damper
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2teaspoons chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Step 1 of 3
For the eggplant dip, process eggplant with garlic, oil, parsley and lemon juice until smooth.
Step 2 of 3
For the crab and chive dip, flake crab meat and combine in a bowl with sour cream, capers, lemon rind and juice and chives.
Step 3 of 3
Split damper into pieces and serve with dips and cheese.
