  • 1tablespoons capers
  • 1tablespoons lemon juice
  • 200grams Vintage Cheese (to serve)
  • 310grams jar grilled eggplant, drained
  • 1 Family Damper
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2teaspoons chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 3

For the eggplant dip, process eggplant with garlic, oil, parsley and lemon juice until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

For the crab and chive dip, flake crab meat and combine in a bowl with sour cream, capers, lemon rind and juice and chives.

Step 3 of 3

Split damper into pieces and serve with dips and cheese.
