  • 250grams good-quality white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1tablespoons coconut flavoured liqueur

Method

Step 1 of 3

Finely chop good-quality white chocolate. Place it into a medium heavy-based saucepan, along with whipping cream and coconut-flavored liqueur.

Step 2 of 3

Heat the mixture slowly over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, glossy and warm.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer to a fondue set to keep warm, or serve immediately in a bowl with the dippers alongside.
