  • 2tablespoons chilli flakes
  • cinnamon
  • ground cumin
  • garlic powder
  • 2tablespoons dried herbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • brown sugar
  • 2tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup popping corn
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat coconut oil in a large heavy-based saucepan. When melted, add popping corn and cover with lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes, shaking pot occasionally until 'popping' stops.

Step 2 of 3

Remove from heat and carefully remove lid. Add salt and flavour, if desired and shake or stir with a large spoon to coat evenly.

Step 3 of 3

Make cone shapes with baking paper. Fill with popcorn. Serve.
