- 1/2 cup plain flour
- strawberry jam (to serve)
- 2tablespoons oil (plus extra for greasing)
- 3/4 cup long-life milk
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place flour, milk, oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl, then combine until smooth.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a greased non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
Step 3 of 3
Pour quarter of mixture to cover base of pan, then cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Repeat with oil and remaining mixture to make 4 crepes. Serve with jam.
