  • 200milliliter double dollop cream
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2tablespoons icing sugar, to dust (to dust)
  • 1 punnet strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 jar strawberry jam
  • 1 bottle Woolworths buttermilk pancake shaker
  • 1 free range egg

Method

Step 1 of 3

Empty dry pancake mix into a large bowl. Add milk and egg and whisk to combine.

Step 2 of 3

Pour a scoop of batter into a non-stick crepe pan over low heat. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for a further 10 seconds. Set aside on a plate to cool. Repeat with remaining batter.

Step 3 of 3

Spread cooled crepes with jam, followed by cream. Scatter with strawberry slices and roll up tightly. Cut into 3cm slices and dust with icing sugar to serve.
