- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 50grams sachet tomato paste
- 2/3 cup thickened cream
- 500grams frozen peeled prawns (tails intact)
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, chopped
- 1/2 loaf sourdough bread, sliced (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add cream and bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly. Season with pepper.
Step 3 of 3
Add prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with bread.
