- 250grams plantitude vegan Belgian dark chocolate cake
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2tablespoons maple syrup
- 2tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 premium paper party straws (see tip)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
Description

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place cake in small bowl and mash with fork until smooth. Roll heaped tablespoons of mixture into balls with clean hands. Place on tray in freezer.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds or until melted. Add cocoa and maple syrup and stir to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Remove cake balls from freezer. Dip end of straw into choc mix, then insert into cake balls. Dip chocolate balls into chocolate mix, then return to freezer for 2 minutes. Coat once more in chocolate, then sprinkle with desiccated coconut and refrigerate until ready to serve.
