- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 banana, sliced (to serve)
- 2 strawberries, halved (to serve)
- 1 kiwi fruit, chopped (to serve)
- 3teaspoons dutch cocoa powder
- 1 1/2tablespoons maple syrup
- 50grams milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 large avocado

Method
Step 1 of 3
Scoop avocado flesh into a small food processor and process until smooth. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, syrup and coconut cream and process until well combined and smooth.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon mixture into mini plastic containers with lids, and refrigerate until ready to pack.
Step 3 of 3
Pack into a lunch box with a spoon and a freezer pack. Add fresh fruit such as strawberries, banana and kiwi fruit.
