- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked

Description
Perfectly grilled chicken coated in a mouth-watering peanut sauce and served with salad, the family will be blown away by this tasty Satay chicken recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 4
In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, peanut butter, soy and chilli.
Step 2 of 4
Add chicken and stir to coat. Thread chicken onto skewers.
Step 3 of 4
Heat oil in a large chargrill pan over medium heat. Add skewers and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning, or until charred and cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Toss salad kit together with dressing and cucumber. Divide salad and brown rice among plates, top with skewers and serve with lime.
