  • 500grams chicken breasts, chopped as finely as possible
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 medium white onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 medium leek, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 stick celery, peeled and finely diced
  • 1teaspoons thyme
  • 1teaspoons sage
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 16 sheets pasta
  • 500grams passata
  • 100grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 500grams white sauce

Description

This creamy lasagne recipe has wholesome and rich flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 of 6

Heat up a non-stick pan and fry the chopped chicken for 3 minutes while turning.

Step 3 of 6

Remove from the pan and set to one side.

Step 4 of 6

Now add all the veg to the pan with the passata and herbs and fry everything together for 10 minutes while tossing. Remove from the heat.

Step 5 of 6

Now layer your ingredients with the pasta sheets and sauces in your choice of baking dish.

Step 6 of 6

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, after 15 minutes, add the grated cheese to the top of the dish and return to the oven.
