- 1L Campbell’s Real chicken stock
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 red chilli, deseeded, sliced
- 3 cm piece ginger, grated
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 bunch pak choy, trimmed
- 1 chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
- 240grams frozen prawn & chive wontons

Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine stock, 2 cups water, ginger, chilli and oil in a large saucepan over high heat and bring to the boil.
Step 2 of 2
Add seasoning sachets from wonton packet. Reduce heat to medium, add wontons and chicken and cook for 6 minutes. Add pak choy, carrot and onion and cook for 2 minutes or until wilted. Ladle into bowls and serve.
