  • 280grams Woolworths baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths pesto
  • 8 brioche slider buns, split
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Description

Little hands will love these little sliders, stacked tall with chicken, spinach and mozzarella and slathered in zesty pesto.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and transfer to a board. Using 2 forks, roughly shred chicken.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, spray a large deep frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook spinach, stirring, for 3 minutes or until wilted. Stir in pesto. Season with pepper.

Step 4 of 4

Place bun bases, just touching, on prepared tray. Top with spinach mixture, chicken and cheese. Sandwich with bun tops. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve.
