Description
With gourmet brioche buns, stretchy mozzarella, garlic and chives, these cheesy pull-apart sliders will easily become a family favourite.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place parsley, chives and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add oil and 1 cup mozzarella. Process until finely chopped and combined. Season with pepper.
Step 3 of 3
Spread parsley mixture over roll bases. Sandwich with roll tops. Arrange rolls on tray, then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until mozzarella has melted and is golden. Scatter over extra parsley and serve with relish.
