Method
Step 1 of 2
Using an electric mixer, beat cream and vanilla together in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
Step 2 of 2
Spoon cream mixture onto a large platter. Arrange meringue and mango on cream. Drizzle over passionfruit pulp, then top with raspberries and macadamias. Serve.
