Cheesy Chicken and Corn Pasta Bake

- 300grams penne
- 1/2 roast chicken (or approx. 400g cooked chicken)
- 420grams can cream of chicken & corn condensed soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 4 cup green salad (to serve)
Description
After a quick dinner idea? Make this creamy chicken pasta bake recipe using cream of chicken and corn soup and one of our roast chickens from the deli.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to moderate (180°C).
Step 2 of 6
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 9 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Step 3 of 6
Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard. Shred remaining (or cook and shred chicken).
Step 4 of 6
Combine cream of corn and chicken condensed soup and milk in a large bowl. Add pasta, spinach, chicken and half the cheese. Mix well. Spoon into a greased, large ovenproof dish (10-cup capacity). Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cook in oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve with green salad.
