This 4 ingredient store cupboard tuna pasta bake couldn't be easier and leftovers are great for lunch.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for 7 minutes and drain, reserving a little pasta water.

Step 2 of 2

Stir in the cheese sauce, adding a little starchy water to loosen, then the tuna and sweetcorn. Tip into a baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling.
