- 1teaspoons parsley, finely chopped

Description
This pasta bake is creamy and indulgent.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and fry the mushrooms, garlic, onions for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and then drain and leave to one side. Dice the turkey into bite size portions and add to the pan with the leek and stock and fry for a further 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Now place all ingredients into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes before serving.
