- 350grams casarecce pasta
- 100grams unsalted butter
- 1/2 bunch basil
- 1 brown onion
- 375grams mushrooms
- 150milliliter light sour cream
- 2tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cup salt-reduced beef stock
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup wholegrain mustard
- 500grams stir-fry beef
- 80grams prosciutto

Method
Step 1 of 4
Add prosciutto to a cold frying pan and place over high heat. Cook for 2 minutes or until it starts to sizzle. Add half the butter and once it melts, add beef and cook for a further 2 minutes or until slightly browned. Transfer to a plate using a slotted spoon.

Return pan to heat and add mushroom and onion, and cook for 4 minutes or until softened slightly. Add wine and cook for a further 3 minutes or until it evaporates. Add stock, sour cream, mustard and sauce, and season well with cracked black pepper. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce has reduced by half.

Meanwhile, cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain, return to pan with remaining butter, tossing to coat.
Step 4 of 4
Return beef and prosciutto to pan. Add pasta and basil and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
