Description
This carrot & sweet potato mash is delicious with roast chicken and makes a lovely change from traditional mash.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Cook the carrots, garlic and sweet potatoes in a large pan of boiling water for 10-12 minutes until tender.
Step 2 of 2
Drain well, add the butter and mash until smooth.
