- 4 Cadbury Caramilk hot cross buns, split
- 50grams unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup thickened cream
- 180grams Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon
Description
The scrumptious flavour pairing of Cadbury Caramilk chocolate and hot cross buns will satisfy any sweet tooth. Make this easy homemade treat for Easter to impress.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cut hot cross buns into 2cm-wide strips. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush all over with butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Meanwhile, place cream and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring with a metal spoon halfway through, or until chocolate is melted. Transfer to a small bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small, shallow dish. Toss strips, in batches, in cinnamon sugar, then arrange on a serving plate. Serve with Caramilk sauce.
