Description

Kick your party off in a graze of glory with our Caesar salad grazing board filled with crunchy greens, streaky bacon and the best Caesar salad flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Place bacon, in a single layer, on tray and cover with another sheet of baking paper. Top with second tray (this helps bacon stay flat and start to crisp). Place bread on top tray and bake for 15 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp. Remove trays from oven and remove baking paper from top of bacon. Bake bacon for a further 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place snow peas in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 4 minutes or until tender, then drain. Refresh under cold water, then drain.

Step 4 of 4

Place aioli in a small bowl on a large platter. Arrange bread, bacon, snow peas, egg, lettuce, celery, cucumber and anchovies on platter. Sprinkle with parmesan and season with pepper. Serve.
