  • 80grams parmesan, finely grated
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika

Grab a handful of Italian flavour at your next movie night with this cheesy, peppery (and very snackable) popcorn.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat oil in a large heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until kernels are popped. Remove from heat.

Step 2 of 2

Add butter to popcorn and toss. Add parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss to evenly coat. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
