Description
Frozen cauliflower lightens up this bake, packed with all the flavours of pizza without the dough.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oven to 200℃/180℃ fan-forced. Spread the tortillas onto a baking tray into the oven to warm for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Add a layer of pizza sauce followed by shredded mozzarella and cauliflower, topping it off with the slices of pepperoni. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden.
Step 3 of 3
Let the cauliflower pizza cool and set for 5 minutes before slicing.
