  • 9tablespoons irish cream
  • 1tablespoons strong espresso
  • 50grams hazelnuts, roasted, skins removed

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place cream, espresso and 1 tbs liqueur in the large bowl of an electric mixer. Whisk on medium speed for 5 minutes or until soft peaks form.

Step 2 of 3

Divide mud cake between four serving glasses or bowls and top each with 2 tbs liqueur.

Step 3 of 3

Divide cream mixture between glasses and top with hazelnuts and strawberries to serve.
