Banana Pancakes with Berries

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 1/2teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- some butter or oil for pan
Description
A family friendly banana pancake recipe topped with berries.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Stir mixture
Step 2 of 5
Add in eggs and milk to mixture and mix well
Step 3 of 5
Mash banana and mix in mixture. Rest the mixture for a couple of minutes
Step 4 of 5
Heat up pan and add some oil/butter. Scoop mixture into pan and turn over once it turns a bit brown / bubbles form. Repeat the other side. Take it out the pan and repeat steps.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with berries and maple syrup
