  • 2 medium banana, peeled and mashed
  • 150grams plain flour
  • 1 pinch bicarbonate soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4tablespoons icing sugar
  • 200grams chocolate, melted
  • 1 handful berries, strawberries or other for garnish

Description

These simple to make banana dumpling bites are a tasty treat.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Combine the mashed banana with the flour, salt and baking soda.

Step 2 of 5

Once combined, separate the mixture into small balls.

Step 3 of 5

Heat up a pan suitable to shallow fry and fry the dumplings for 4 minutes while turning.

Step 4 of 5

Remove from the heat and place on a plate with some kitchen paper to remove some excess oils.

Step 5 of 5

Toss the dumplings in bowl with the icing sugar serve with melted chocolate and berries.
