- 8 sheets rice paper, thawed if frozen
- 80grams strawberries, washed, hulled and diced
- 80grams mango, chopped
- 3tablespoons dessicated coconut
- 2tablespoons praline sauce, dipping sauce
Description
Packed with sweet fruit, rich hoisin and a crisp and crunchy exterior.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Dip the rice paper into warm water for 5 seconds.
Step 2 of 3
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and place a large spoonful into the centre of a sheet of pastry, fold over the edges and roll tightly.
Step 3 of 3
Serve with a choice of dips/condiments.
