Description
Baked creamed corn is a simple yet impressive side dish that can go with almost anything.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat the oven to 200℃/180℃ fan-forced. Place a pot onto medium-heat on the stovetop. Add the butter until melted followed by the diced onions, saute for 2 minutes. Mix in the canned and creamed corn, heavy cream, garlic powder, simmer together for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Season with salt and pepper, before pouring into a baking dish. Top the creamed corn with shredded mozzarella, bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Garnish with spring onions before digging in.
