  • 3 tomatoes, diced

This vegetarian dump and bake recipe might be your next week night favourite.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. In a large bowl combine sour cream and flour. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese, the diced green chili peppers, taco seasoning and canned beans.

Step 2 of 2

Transfer bean mixture to a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Top with tortilla chips and tomatoes before serving,.
