- 750milliliter dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 JAZZ apples, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/2 bunch thyme
- 1 cup Woolworths soda water, chilled
- crushed ice (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Combine wine, cider, brandy, cinnamon, apple and thyme in a large jug. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight, if time permits, to allow flavours to infuse.
Step 2 of 2
To serve, top wine mixture with soda water, quarter-fill glasses with ice, then pour sangria into glasses.
