  • 4 Woolworths thawed lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 400grams Woolworths tangy & crunchy coleslaw kit
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
  • 2/3 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Looking for a quick and simple seafood recipe? These eye-catching lobster tails are on the table in just 25 minutes and are sure to impress.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven grill to medium-high. Using a large knife, halve lobster tails lengthways. Place lobster tails, cut-sides down, on a foil-lined baking tray. Combine breadcrumbs, seeds, garlic and oil in a small bowl. Season.

Step 2 of 4

Cook lobster tails under grill for 2 minutes or until shell turns pink. Turn cut-sides up, then cook for a further 6 minutes or until almost cooked through. Press crumb mixture over lobster flesh. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until lobster is cooked and crumbs are golden.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare salad kit according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Transfer lobster to a plate and scatter over parsley. Serve with salad, aioli and lemon wedges.
