Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced and line 2 baking trays with parchment.
Step 2 of 4
Mix the almond butter, egg, maple syrup and vanilla together in a large bowl. Pour in the oats and mix well to form a sticky dough.
Step 3 of 4
Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough into 18 cookies. Place on the baking trays and flatten slightly with a fork.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
