Description

An acai bowl is a refreshing way to start the day. This delicious breakfast recipe only takes 10 minutes. Freeze any leftovers in an ice cube tray to enjoy later.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place acai blend, milk, 4 bananas and 2 cups blueberries in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2 of 2

Slice remaining bananas and some of the remaining blueberries. Divide acai mixture among chilled bowls and top each bowl with granola, banana, almond butter and all the remaining blueberries.
